David graduated summa cum laude from Chestnut Hill College with a degree in Criminal Justice and earned his law degree from Rutgers Law School, where he competed on the Constance Baker Motley Mock Trial Competition Team and represented juveniles through the Children’s Justice Clinic. After law school, he served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Kathy C. Qasim, J.S.C., in the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Whether negotiating with prosecutors, litigating a motion to suppress, or presenting a case to a jury, David combines preparation, practical experience, and aggressive advocacy to protect his clients and put them in the strongest possible position.
